Cassandra Brannon - Real Estate Broker
Cassandra, a life-long resident of Louisville, is excited to help you find a home in the place so close to her heart. She left Louisville briefly to attend Mississippi State University where she obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Microbiology. After college, she moved home. With her decades of direct knowledge, she is well versed in all this area has to offer.
After college, she taught school and worked for several years at the transportation company, CTC, Inc. She has additional experience in the insurance market. All this has laid the foundation of knowledge needed for her true passion, working in real estate. After learning the basics in a local Starkville office, she earned her Brokerage license. Her experience, her contacts, and her knowledge all blend to bring client and property together. Cassandra is committed to finding the best property to meet a client's needs.
Cassandra lives in the Nanih Waiya community with her loving husband, Chris, and their two children, Shan and Landi Rae. Cassandra has the approach of quality in her service and commitment to her clients. She strives to provide her clients with a great experience through honesty, professionalism, and commitment to detail that a clients expect.

Debbie Bush - Real Estate Agent
Debbie has lived in Starkville, MS since college and has loved Starkville's small town atmosphere since that time. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education and a Master’s degree in Technology Education from Mississippi State University. She taught at Starkville Academy in Starkville, MS for approximately 10 years. Her husband, Major Kenneth A. Bush, is an active duty member of the Mississippi National Guard. Because of her affiliation with the military, she is very knowledgeable regarding military families and VA loans. They moved to Alabama for 6 years when her husband was transferred, and Debbie earned her realtor’s license. In 2011, they had the opportunity to return to Starkville which they have always considered home.

Steve is a native of Louisville, MS and attended MS State University. Steve began his real estate career in 1986 as a licensed broker with a company he started as Dominion Realty.

Cathy Joyner Roberts - Real Estate Agent
Cathy Joyner Roberts brings a wealth of experience, community spirit, and genuine Southern hospitality to her role at Brannon Realty, LLC.
A Jackson, Mississippi native, Cathy began her real estate career right out of college, specializing in commercial real estate with a focus on shopping centers and property management. After several years in health care financial management, she devoted her time to raising her three children and serving her community through numerous nonprofit organizations.
Cathy has held leadership roles as Finance Chair and Sustaining Advisor for Mistletoe Marketplace, on the Board of the Junior League of Jackson, and as President of the Jackson Prep Parent Association. She was also instrumental in the creation of the Mississippi Children's Museum, serving as Chair of its development effort and President of its volunteer Partners group. Later, she combined her business acumen and creative eye by opening a successful boutique specializing in gifts and home furnishings.
After marrying Louisville native Steve Roberts, Cathy moved to Louisville, MS, in 2018. She reignited her real estate career with Tabor Management, where she managed the Grand Junction Condominiums and oversaw the short-term rental program.
In 2025, Cathy joined Brannon Realty, LLC, where she focuses on residential and commercial sales, game day homes, and investment properties. Cathy and Steve now reside full-time in Starkville, while still enjoying weekends at their farm in Louisville.
She is an active member of the Louisville Garden Club and the Starkville Holidates Social Club, and a partner at the Shaggy Hound. Cathy's deep Mississippi roots, community involvement, and client-first approach make her an invaluable asset to the Brannon Realty team.
